- Master’s or Doctoral degree in NP required.
- APRN/NP license valid in Florida required.
- Board Certified Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years primary care experience.
- National certification in appropriate specialty.

- Must be willing to see patients of all ages
