Requirements include CA NP licensure (or ability to obtain), an MSN or DNP, and DEA prescriptive authority. We value strong communication and EHR proficiency in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active NP license and certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty).
• Current CA NP licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date.
• MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority in CA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and treatment protocols.
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and follow-up care per state regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams for optimal outcomes.
• Document encounters accurately in EMR/EHR systems.
• Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care.
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions and acute illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and treatment protocols
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and follow-up care in accordance with state regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient encounters accurately and thoroughly in the EMR/EHR system
• Educate patients and families on health management, preventive care, and treatment options
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and post‑procedural care

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license and certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)
• Current California NP licensure or ability to obtain prior to start date
• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program
• DEA registration and prescriptive authority in the state of California
• 1+ years of clinical NP experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical backgrounds encouraged to apply
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR/EMR) systems
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
• BLS/ACLS certification required
