Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Nurse Practitioner located in Lehigh and Northampton counties, PA. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing comprehensive patient care, including conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications. The role includes developing patient care plans, educating patients and their families about health conditions, promoting health and wellness, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care.

This is a contract position, very flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and prescribing medications
• Skills in ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively educate patients and families
• Ability to develop comprehensive patient care plans and promote health and wellness
• Strong collaboration skills to work with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
• Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification
• Experience in primary care, family medicine and Geriatrics is preferred
