Job summary

Premise Health in Adairsville, GA is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to provide primary care services with strong clinical judgment. The role requires 3+ years of NP experience and an unrestricted NP license in the state of practice.

Schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, on-site at the health center. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience is expected and BLS certification is required.
