Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care in the Joplin/Springfield, Missouri area is hiring Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Join a dynamic healthcare environment delivering high-quality patient care in state-of-the-art Mercy facilities.

Formación

• Minimum 18 months full-time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patients
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints)
• NP: Master’s degree and appropriate certification; PA: Master’s + NCCPA
• Epic EMR experience is a plus

• Daily Volume Bonus: This bonus is paid monthly and based on patient visit metrics met per shift - to reward you on those busier days!
• Quarterly Bonus: Earn up to 5% of your clinical base salary, based upon customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants: Minimum 18 months of full-time experience (as a NP or PA) in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required)
• Experience in treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required)
• Comfortable with minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.), Preliminary reads on EKGs, and X-rays (required)
• Physician Assistants: Master's degree and NCCPA Certification is required
• Nurse Practitioners: Master's degree and appropriate certification required (AANC or AANP)
