Zusammenfassung

Ohio University seeks a Nurse Planner to support planning, implementation, and evaluation of continuing nursing and interprofessional education for the Rural Health Transformation Workforce Pipeline grant. You will coordinate with faculty, project leadership, and community partners to align education with rural workforce goals.

The role is primarily desk-based with some travel, offers comprehensive university benefits, and reports to the Area Health Education Center manager.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years of related professional experience, or equivalent education and experience.
• Valid RN license from the state of Ohio.
• Eligibility to function as a Nurse Planner under accreditation standards.
• Healthcare professionals must hold, or be eligible for, appropriate licensure as required by position.

Aufgaben

• Plan, implement, and evaluate continuing nursing and interprofessional continuing medical education activities.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and grant requirements.
• Contribute to needs assessments and support interprofessional planning committees.
• Develop, implement, promote, and evaluate health education and screening programs for campus health.
• Lead and mentor team members and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
