Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Specialized Diploma.
• Knowledge of patient- and family-centered practice and how to collaborate with patients, families and care partners.
• Cultural awareness and ability to connect with diverse backgrounds.
• Effective communication to convey ideas, information and needs with patients and families; appropriate delegation where needed.
• Knowledge of discharge planning and coordinating post-discharge needs.
