Job summary

Extivita in Durham, NC is seeking a Registered Nurse for Nutritional IV Therapy & Hyperbaric Support. You will manage and administer nutritional IV therapies and assist the hyperbaric care team, collaborating with providers to ensure safe, compassionate patient care.

As a nurse, you will lead IV procedures, monitor patients, document outcomes, and contribute to protocol development while upholding a People First culture grounded in professional excellence and spiritual integrity.

Qualifications

• IV experience required; experience accessing ports is required.
• Must hold and maintain an active nursing license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Strong verbal, written, and electronic communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a clinical, safety-conscious team.

Responsibilities

• Initiate IVs and prepare IV nutrient bags per protocol.
• Collect vital signs and monitor patient comfort and response.
• Document therapies accurately in patient records.
• Assist Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions and chamber prep.
• Support check-in/out, scheduling, and patient communication.
