The Nurse Navigator provides clinical guidance and facilitates patients and their families through the diagnostic evaluation and treatment process for patients referred to the Structural Heart Disease program. The Nurse Navigator educates and supports each patient empowering them to make informed treatment decisions.
For Hire: Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program and two years of inpatient RN experience required. Five years' recent clinical experience in cardiac preferred.
