Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BSN required.
• Minimum two years' experience as a registered nurse in the specialty required.
• Current RN licensure in applicable state. Certification as RN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient/family centered care across physical, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and environmental needs.
• Coordinates care delivery using care management principles to improve patient outcomes.
• Documents per departmental standards and delivers reports on outcomes and quality improvement.
• Engages community organizations to address needs for prevention and early detection.
