Job summary

Providence is seeking a Nurse Manager for Short Stay and Recovery at Providence St. Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. This full-time position requires managing the delivery of quality nursing care across multiple units and overseeing over 80 nursing staff. Applicants must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, a California Registered Nurse License, and hold a National Provider BLS certification. Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of high quality nursing care for multiple units.
• Administratively manage multiple nursing units and/or FTEs over 80 on a 24‑hour basis.
• Fulfill all duties and responsibilities associated with the unit manager position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire
• National Nurse Recognition (NNR) for employees in L&D, NICU, Nursery, Postpartum (within 90 days from date of hire; other areas within 180 days of completion of clinical orientation)
• 3 years of recent clinical experience
