Description: Holy Cross Health, a member of Trinity Health, is hiring a Nurse Manager – Mother Baby to provide operational, clinical, and people leadership for our Mother Baby (Post‑Partum/Couplet Care) unit.
Reporting to the Director of Mother Baby, this role is accountable for quality outcomes, patient experience, colleague engagement, compliance, and stewardship of resources while advancing Trinity Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values.
Pay rate: $41.46 – $64.31
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location
