Job summary

Clementine Lake Oswego in West Linn, OR is seeking a full-time Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team in a residential adolescent treatment program. The role requires an RN with a BSN and prior management experience to oversee clinical operations and ensure high-quality care.

The Nurse Manager will coordinate admissions, maintain nursing schedules, supervise staff, and work with providers to maintain comprehensive care plans while safeguarding patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing and RN licensure.
• Minimum of two years of experience.
• Previous experience managing nursing operations preferred in residential or hospital eating-disorder setting.
• Excellent communication, patient relations, time management, safety awareness, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train adequate and competent department staff.
• Monitor and evaluate all aspects of the facility medication management.
• Meet with all clients as needed to ensure best practice care, treatment and services are provided.
• Communicate with pertinent outside treatment professionals per MNA processes.
• Ensure admission and discharge processes are maintained for continuity of care.
• Maintain the nursing schedule per facility needs, including vacations and staffing.
• Oversee performance evaluations and merit increases with Clinical Director approval.
• Provide detailed nursing notes and ensure lab orders are followed.
• Ensure admission nursing assessments and care plans are completed per policy.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Provide ongoing training to nursing personnel.
• Facilitate effective communication between nursing staff and other disciplines.
