Clementine Lake Oswego in West Linn, Oregon is seeking a Nurse Manager to lead the Nursing team in a residential program for adolescents with eating disorders. This full-time position is onsite and requires coordinating clinical care, staff supervision, and collaboration with treatment providers.

The Nurse Manager will ensure quality nursing notes, manage admissions/discharges, and maintain infection control and regulatory compliance while supporting families on the recovery path.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing and current RN licensure.
• Minimum of two years of experience in nursing management or leadership.
• Experience in residential or adolescent care settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train adequate nursing staff.
• Monitor and evaluate medication management.
• Meet with clients to ensure best practice care.
• Maintain nursing schedule and staffing needs.
• Ensure timely nursing notes and care plans.
