Job summary

Clementine Lake Oswego in West Linn, OR is hiring a full-time Nurse Manager to lead the Nursing team and oversee clinical operations for this adolescent residential program. Key duties include recruiting and training staff, managing medication safety, coordinating admissions and discharges, ensuring accurate nursing notes, and maintaining communications with providers.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing and RN licensure.
• Minimum of two years of nursing operations experience.
• Experience in residential or hospital eating disorder settings preferred.
• Excellent communication, patient relations and time management; safety awareness; teamwork required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train department staff.
• Monitor and evaluate medication management.
• Meet with clients to ensure quality care and services.
• Coordinate with outside treatment professionals per MNA processes.
• Maintain admission and discharge processes for continuity of care.
• Manage nursing schedule, leave, and staffing needs.
• Support performance evaluations and merit increases with leadership.
• Maintain thorough patient nursing notes each shift.
• Organize and supervise lab work per provider orders.
• Ensure admission nursing assessments and care plans are completed.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information.
• Provide ongoing training to nursing personnel.
• Ensure effective communication between nursing and other disciplines.
