The position offers VA Total Rewards and a Monday–Friday schedule with options of 7:00am–3:30pm or 7:30am–4:00pm, and telework eligibility

- Supervise 24/7 operation of assigned units.
- Direct orientation, training, and staff development.
- Evaluate staff performance and provide coaching.
- Lead collaboration with interdisciplinary team.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
