Job summary

Minden Medical Center is seeking an Inpatient Rehab Nurse Manager to lead our Inpatient Rehab Unit. You will guide safe, high-quality rehabilitative nursing care while maintaining a customer-service mindset and supporting lossless patient progress.

In this role you will connect with the team, supervise daily rounding, and partner with therapy and other services to achieve patient goals, ensuring effective communication with patients and families throughout their care journey.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana RN Licensure (LA State Board of Nursing or multistate)
• One year of clinical nursing experience providing rehabilitative nursing care is required

We are looking for an Inpatient Rehab Nurse Manager to progressively lead our Inpatient Rehab Unit. You'll work with our team to ensure our Rehab Unit continues to be aligned, patient focused, and ready to help people regaining function and confidence. This role exists to guide safe, high-quality rehabilitative nursing care while supporting a consistent, customer service mindset.

• Partner with providers and interdisciplinary teams to meet care goals
• Monitor quality, documentation, and safety practices; address concerns promptly

You'll also make time for rounding and listening-celebrating wins, addressing barriers, and reinforcing customer service moments that build trust.
