Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Master's degree in nursing or healthcare area preferred.
• Active RN license in PA with BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily patient/resident care activities in a clinical setting.
• Lead nursing staff, hire, transition, and support professional development.
• Ensure staffing based on acuity and volume and manage budgeted NHPPD.
• Promote Just Culture and maintain safety and policy adherence.
• Develop and implement nursing policies using evidence-based practice.
