Luther Manor is seeking a Nurse Manager for Rehab to lead daily clinical operations within the Rehab unit. The role focuses on high-quality, person-centered care, mentoring staff, and coordinating care plans while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The position emphasizes leadership, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and a safe, efficient environment that supports rehabilitation and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Minimum 2 years in long-term care.
• Certification in BLS CPR, or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of HFS132 regulations.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to stand or move around the Health Care Center during most of the shift.
• Mobility to respond quickly to emergencies across the campus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maturity when managing staff and interacting with residents.

This role provides leadership to nursing staff, coordinates care plans, monitors clinical outcomes, and supports compliance with state and federal regulations. The Nurse Manager collaborates closely with interdisciplinary teams, mentors staff, and promotes a safe, supportive, and efficient environment focused on rehabilitation and resident well-being.

• Previous experience working in a skilled nursing a plus!
• Certification in BLS CPR, or willingness to learn
• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
• At least 2 years of experience in long-term care
• Knowledge of HFS132 regulations
• Ability to stand or move around The Health Care Center throughout most of shift
• Mobility to respond quickly to emergency situations in various areas of the campus
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
