Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Minimum 2 years in long-term care.
• Certification in BLS CPR, or willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of HFS132 regulations.
• Previous experience in skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to stand or move around the Health Care Center during most of the shift.
• Mobility to respond quickly to emergencies across the campus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and maturity when managing staff and interacting with residents.
