Qualifications

• 3+ years RN clinical experience and 2+ years management.
• Certification in nursing administration or area of clinical expertise; or certification must be achieved within the timeline of eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and evaluation of patient care operations in a designated area.
• Develops budgets and cost-saving initiatives for the unit.
• Leads and coaches nursing staff; ensures collaboration with related departments and areas of care.
