Northwell Health seeks an experienced nurse leader to manage a patient care unit during assigned shift in Syosset, NY. You will oversee team members, operations, and direct patient care activities to ensure high-quality, family-centered care within the unit’s shift window.

The role requires a BSN, active NY RN license, 4-6 years nursing experience and 0-2 years leadership, with inpatient OR RN experience highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team members and patient care activities during shift.
• Collaborate with nursing management on patient care methods.
• Communicate and guide team to meet department objectives.
• Promote high quality patient and family centered care.
• Provide direction and conduct performance reviews.
• Educate staff on department procedures and systems.
• Contribute to department budget considerations.
• Ensure compliance with JC, CMS, NYS DOH and HIPAA.
• Model professional standards in practice.
• Identify improvements for patient care delivery.
