Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in Business, Nursing, Health Care, or related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field OR minimum three (3) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire

Responsibilities

• Recommends developmental opportunities for others; builds collaborative relationships and mentors team members.
• Supervises and coordinates daily activities of designated work team or unit; ensures policies are followed and resources are managed.
• Supervises hospital administrative functions to support patient care, including meetings, data collection, and budgeting.
• Manages care delivery operations in a 24/7 environment, coordinating resources and assuring staff readiness.
• Drives improvements to operations and technology to achieve quality, service, and efficiency goals.
• Ensures safe, high-quality care delivery and compliance with Nursing Practice Act and regulatory standards.
