Qualifications

• Registered Nurse in CT with current license.
• BSN required within 3 years for incumbents as of 2024-03-01.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care and clinical personnel; manage unit operations.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and payroll for the assigned area.
• Participate in Performance Improvement and lead change as needed.
