The ideal candidate will have a BSN, at least 2 years of nursing experience, CT RN licensure, and BLS certification, with a track record of collaboration, safety, and performance improvement in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing is required.
• Existing incumbents must obtain BSN within 3 years of this date.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required.
• Registered Nurse, State of CT licensure.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care and unit operations.
• Oversee nursing and non-licensed staff.
