Qualifications

• BSN required; incumbents must obtain BSN within 3 years.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
• Registered Nurse license in CT.
• BLS certification by the American Heart Association.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and patient safety standards.
• LEAN process improvement knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care and clinical staff in the assigned area.
• Oversee daily unit operations, scheduling, payroll, and resource use.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet performance improvement goals.
