Eliot is seeking a strong, experienced, licensed RN, Nurse Manager, to join our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
The ideal candidate would possess knowledge of psychiatric medications, psychiatric and medical treatment. This person would be comfortable with outreach, case management and providing support in individuals homes.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday 8 am to 4 pm with rotating 12 pm‑8 pm shift, one weekend per month, rotating holiday shifts, rotating on‑call schedule.
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 USD
