Eliot Community Human Services in Massachusetts is seeking a Lead Clinician to join the PACT team. You will lead as part of the Leadership group, provide clinical supervision, and deliver direct interventions to adults with severe mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.
The role requires a Master’s degree in psychology or social work, MA licensure (LICSW/LCSW/LMHC preferred), and at least two years of relevant experience.

Eliot is seeking a dedicated Lead Clinician to join our Program for Assertive Community Treatment (PACT) team. PACT is an evidence-based model that provides comprehensive treatment, rehabilitation, and support to adults with severe and persistent mental illness.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience as well as proven experience in community-based work with adults with severe and persistent mental illness. Proven experience in community-based work with adults facing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is essential.
