Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum of three years of nursing experience.
• One year of leadership experience.
• Registered Nurse: CA license.
• BLS through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• ACLS through the American Heart Association (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Supervises nursing staff on a shift.
• Assesses and educates staff on patient care; updates procedures.
• Anticipates staffing needs and responds proactively.
• Oversees supplies and patient records for turnover readiness.
