Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing administration or a related field.
• California RN license upon hire.
• National Provider BLS certification per American Heart Association upon hire.
• At least 3 years of relevant clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 24-hour accountability for the clinical leadership of staff.
• Oversee personnel and fiscal management.
• Develop clinical standards and staff development programs.
• Drive continuous improvement of activities within assigned areas.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree - Nursing Admin: Nursing or related field.
• California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
