Virtua Health is seeking an experienced RN to coordinate daily nursing and clinical activities at the family practice center across multiple locations in South Jersey. This role oversees nursing staff, supports patient care quality, and ensures regulatory compliance.

Requirements include 5 years of RN experience, 2 years of management/office experience, NJ RN license, and CPR; BSN preferred but not required.

Must be flexible to travel. Position requires oversight of multiple locations: Voorhees, Galloway, Hammonton, Woodbury, Cherry Hill, Washington Township and Willingboro.

Summary

Coordinates the daily nursing and clinical activities of the family practice center.

Ensures that all regulatory requirements are met while maintaining the optimum quality of patient care is delivered in a cost-effective manner.

Position Qualifications Required / Experience Required

• 5 years RN experience required.
• 2 years recent practice office and management experience.
• Experience in resident education is preferred.

Required Education

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, BSN or Bachelor's in related field preferred but not required.

Training/Certifications/Licensure

• Current NJ RN License.
• Current CPR certification.

Annual Salary: $89,574 - $139,253 The actual salary/rate will vary based on applicant's experience as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. This position is eligible to participate in one of Virtua's annual incentive compensation plan (AICP). The amount is subject to the terms and conditions of the plan document.
