Job summary

Premier Health Partners in Centerville, Ohio seeks a Nurse Manager to lead cost-effective operations and ensure outcome management for internal and external customers. This full-time role requires RN licensure in Ohio, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and 3–5 years of health-care leadership experience.

8:00am-5:00pm



  • Ensuring cost effective and efficient processes and outcome management for internal and external customers.

  • Achieving seamless delivery of service by appropriately involving colleagues, physicians, other customers, and staff to ensure commitment, communication, and cross functional linkages.

  • Collaborating in developing and implementing processes which achieve strategically relevant quality outcomes in a specific functional area.

  • Overseeing and developing systems to ensure accountability for operations and managerial effectiveness.

  • Articulating unit vision and utilizing resources to ensure staff commitment to strategic and unit objectives.

  • Developing a team of highly skilled professionals.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


Full time/80 hours per pay


8:00am-5:00pm


The Nurse Manager Is Specifically Responsible For

Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree
