Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals, Inc. is seeking a Nurse Manager for the Honickman Surgery Center in Center City. This full-time role oversees 8 operating rooms and leads nursing staff to deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing with 3 years acute care experience and leadership potential. Master’s in Nursing is preferred; strong collaboration with Nursing Director and governance structures is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• 3 years acute care experience.
• 2 years leadership/management potential in a similar unit preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and coordinate nursing care for a defined patient care area.
• Recruit, interview and select staff; provide clinical leadership and direction.
• Develop and evaluate unit policies and staffing plans.
• Monitor staffing and payroll in collaboration with nursing leadership.
• Oversee quality improvement, patient safety and regulatory compliance.
