About The Role

As the Nurse Manager, Operating Room, you will oversee 24-hour operational accountability for the OR, ensuring excellence in patient care delivery, caregiver engagement, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and fiscal stewardship.

Compensation & BenefitsCompensation

Annual Salary Range: $147,721 - $221,603

Actual compensation is based on factors including education, experience, training, certifications, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing program
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
• Minimum three years of OR nursing experience
• Minimum two years of nurse leadership experience
• Progressive leadership experience such as Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or similar leadership role
• Financial and budget management experience
