Job summary

Vandalia Health Mon Medical Center in Morgantown, West Virginia, is seeking an experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Operating Room team. The role focuses on strategic leadership, operational excellence, and enhancing perioperative patient care.

The successful candidate will oversee OR operations, collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing staff, and hospital leadership, and drive a high-performing perioperative team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in Nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
• American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses certification within six months of hire.
• At least three years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operating Room team and oversee OR operations.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, nursing staff, and hospital leadership.
• Provide perioperative clinical leadership and staff development.
