Nurse Manager, Operating Room

• Established OR staff that maintains a positive culture and has under 25‑minute room turnover, with active involvement in the unit‑based council.
• Staff exhibit long tenure; surgeons are satisfied and the team enjoys strong leadership.
• The Nurse Manager reports to a supportive and knowledgeable Nurse Director.
• Two surgical service team leaders and an OR educator report to the Nurse Manager.

Salary Range and Benefits

• Salary range: $105,000 to $155,000 per year.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid NJ nursing license.
• Minimum of 3 years of recent Operating Room experience.
