Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in an acute care setting.
• Two years of experience in rehab and one year with pediatric patients.
• Prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and strategic oversight for daily operations of assigned unit(s) and/or departments.
• Oversees staffing, budgeting and resource utilization to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Partners with medical staff to drive quality improvement and regulatory compliance.
• Supports staff development, performance evaluation and ongoing competency.
