Job Summary and Qualifications

• The Manager supervises Occupational and Employee Health services to promote employee wellness, maintain productivity, and reduce absenteeism.
• Administers policies and procedures to align workforce health and safety with strategic goals.
• Plans, implements, and evaluates integrated services for occupational needs.
• Investigates exposures, injuries, and hazards; manages worker’s compensation claims.
• Ensures compliance with health and safety laws and maintains accurate records.
• Supports accreditation and educational initiatives, collaborates across departments, and serves on related committees.
• Acts as liaison with legal, government, and regulatory bodies.
• Performs other duties as assigned and practices the organization's code of conduct and values.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• At least 2 years of nursing experience required; experience in Employee Health or management preferred.
• Current RN licensure in practice state(s) and BLS certification required.
