Job summary

Baptist Health North Little Rock seeks a Nurse Manager for Observation/Surgical to supervise units, oversee staff, and drive quality, patient satisfaction, finances, and strategic goals. The role supports Hospital-wide objectives within the Nursing Education and Management team.

The RN must be in good standing with Arkansas, holding a BSN; Masters degree preferred, plus 2 years of leadership experience. CPR/ACLS competencies are required (will provide).

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse in Arkansas in good standing.
• BSN is required, Masters degree preferred.
• Two years of managerial/leadership experience preferred.
• Specialty certification of unit area is preferred.
• CPR, ACLS and related competencies required (will provide).

Responsibilities

• Supervise one or more units and oversee employees, quality, patient satisfaction, finances, strategic goals and system goals.
• Monitor performance and support educational activities within the Nursing Education and Management department.
