Job summary

Baptist Health Arkansas seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise one or more units and oversee employees, quality, patient satisfaction, finances, and strategic/system goals.

Requirements include an Arkansas RN license, a BSN, with a Master’s preferred, and at least two years of managerial experience. CPR and ACLS competencies are required.
