Montefiore Health System is seeking a compassionate Nurse Manager – NICU to oversee our Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit team. We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nurse Manager – NICU to lead our Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit team. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, patient care delivery, staff development, quality outcomes, and fiscal management within a highly specialized neonatal care environment.
The Nurse Manager will foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, and patient/family-centered care while ensuring compliance with hospital standards, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based nursing practice.

Annual Base Salary Range: $160,000.00 to $190,000.00
Work Schedule: 7 AM-3:30 PM, Monday to Friday
