Job summary

Zunch Staffing seeks a Nurse Manager for the Neuro Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality patient care.

You will lead the nursing team, develop policies, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, participate in recruitment and training, and mentor staff while collaborating across disciplines.

This role requires an RN with BSN, MSN preferred, and at least 3 years in PCU with 2 years in leadership, plus strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Current RN license.
• BSN is required; MSN is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in a PCU.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
