Qualifications

• Must hold a current state RN license.
• BLS (AHA) required on hire and maintained.
• At least two years of supervisory/management experience.
• Minimum of three years of clinical experience in acute care.
• ACLS (AHA) required on hire and maintained.
• BSN required for all hires after 1/11/2021.

Responsibilities

• Assumes 24-hour administrative responsibility for Med/Surg-Telemetry nursing services.
• Supervises, assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patient care delivery.
• Develops and implements departmental plans including performance improvement and compliance.
• Effectively utilizes nursing personnel and resources; communicates with staff, physicians and administration.
