Recovery Unplugged Behavioral Health NJ LLC is seeking a compassionate Nurse Manager (LPN/RN) to join our Merchantville team. The role serves as the primary on-site nurse for PHP/IOP programs, coordinating medical services and supervising day-to-day nursing operations.

The ideal candidate will hold an active New Jersey nursing license, have healthcare experience, and be adept at coordinating with clinical teams to deliver high-quality care for individuals with substance use and co-occurring

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted LPN or RN license in New Jersey.
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting.
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while communicating with medical staff.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary on-site nurse, managing daily nursing responsibilities and coordinating patient medical needs.
• Conduct nursing assessments, monitor patient health, and identify changes within licensure scope.
• Administer medications and monitor compliance per orders and policies.
• Maintain MARs, nursing notes, and patient documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians and other providers regarding patient care and treatment.
• Assist with admissions, screenings, and discharge planning.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to medical emergencies.
• Oversee medication storage, inventory, and disposal per regulations.
• Communicate medical updates to the clinical team and participate in treatment planning.
• Educate patients on medications and health management.
• Ensure nursing services comply with NJ regulations and accreditation standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve nursing processes and patient safety.
• Maintain an organized, safe nursing environment.
• Perform additional duties within licensure scope as assigned.
