Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Registered Nurses, oversee clinical operations and advocate for patient and team needs.
• Drive professional development and achieve unit goals.
• Ensure accountability and superior communication across all interactions to navigate challenges and ensure unit success.
• Support and actualize the Division of Nursing philosophy and goals through program development and implementation.
• Contribute to staff governance and monthly staff meetings with minutes posted.
