Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Registered Nurses, oversee clinical operations, and advocate for patient and team needs, driving professional development and achieving unit goals.
• Support and actualizes the Division of Nursing philosophy and goals by assuming leadership in program development and implementation.
• Develop and implement effective communication channels, conducting unit meetings and posting minutes.
• Direct and participate in orientation of new employees and evaluate programs affecting staff and patients.
