Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a Nurse Manager (Registered Nurse) to oversee the Nursing Department. The role includes assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating patient care from admission to discharge, while leading the unit on assigned shifts to ensure quality nursing services.

You will align care with critical pathways and the hospital mission. Qualifications include current RN licensure, BLS, and CNOR preferred; BSN or MS in Nursing/Management preferred.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the state.
• Successful completion of Basic Life Support (BLS).
• CNOR certification preferred.
• BSN and/or MS in Nursing/Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing department operations.
