Adventist Health in Kailua seeks an RN Manager to lead our Birth Center and Labor & Delivery unit. This on-site leadership role oversees daily operations, staffing, patient flow, and ensures safe, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns.

You will supervise and mentor nursing staff, manage budgets and resources, and drive quality and patient safety initiatives, collaborating with physicians, midwives, and ancillary teams to deliver exceptional birth experiences.
