Job summary

• RN licensed in Hawaii or eligible for license
• 5+ years in nursing leadership or management
• Experience in Labor & Delivery or Birth Center care
• Ability to manage budgets, staffing, and operations
• Strong clinical knowledge in maternity care and patient safety

Responsibilities

• Oversee Birth Center and Labor & Delivery operations and patient flow
• Lead staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for on-site units
