Job summary

Adventist Health in Kailua, Hawaii, seeks an RN Manager to lead our Birth Center and Labor & Delivery. This on-site leadership role will oversee daily operations, staffing, and patient flow while ensuring safe, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns.

You will supervise nursing staff, manage budgets and resources, and drive quality initiatives. As part of a faith-based, mission-driven team, you will collaborate with physicians, midwives, and ancillary teams to deliver exceptional birth

Qualifications

• Active RN license; obstetric experience preferred.
• 5+ years in nursing leadership or supervisory role.
• Birth Center/Labor & Delivery experience preferred.
